What AI features does LexaRED include?
LexaRED includes an AI-powered legal Q&A module that answers questions in Arabic and English across GCC and Egyptian legal frameworks. It also includes a case write-up generator that produces professional legal documents in formal Arabic or English, and a knowledge base where firms upload their own PDFs, legislation, or contracts as primary AI reference material.
Does LexaRED support Arabic natively?
Yes. Arabic is built into LexaRED at the architecture level — not a translation overlay. The platform has a full Arabic interface, AI legal responses in formal Modern Standard Arabic, and document generation in Arabic. Users switch between Arabic and English at any time.
What currencies and VAT rates are supported?
LexaRED supports USD, AED, SAR, EGP, KWD, EUR, and more. VAT rates are configurable per firm and per country. Egypt defaults to 10% VAT, UAE to 5%, Saudi Arabia to 15% — all adjustable at the firm settings level.
How does WhatsApp automation work?
LexaRED sends automated client notifications via WhatsApp for 9 event types: case opened, client onboarded, hearing scheduled, judgment issued, payment confirmed, task completed, duty completed, POA received, and client meeting. All events fire asynchronously — if a delivery fails, your core workflow is never affected.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading mid-cycle gives you immediate access to new features, prorated to the remaining days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. LexaRED includes a tamper-evident audit trail for every operation across the system, and role-based access controls so each team member only sees what they need to.
